Lead Times Please check the lead time information published on our website for each product before placing your order. Lead times vary by item and indicate how long it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. These are separate from shipping transit times and are clearly displayed on each product page.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: 1-2 business days after order placement
- Items with published lead times: As specified on the product page
- Custom and made-to-order items: Lead times are indicated on our website and confirmed at time of purchase
Shipping Methods & Timeframes Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and lead times have been fulfilled.
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Parcel Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Limited Access & Remote Locations Deliveries to limited access locations may incur additional shipping fees. These include but are not limited to:
- Locations requiring ferry service
- Remote areas not accessible by standard delivery vehicles
- Islands and coastal locations with restricted access
- Rural addresses requiring special routing
- Military bases, prisons, or secure facilities
- Locations requiring smaller vehicles or specialized delivery equipment
If your delivery address qualifies as a limited access location, we will contact you with the additional shipping costs before finalizing your shipment. These fees cover the extra handling, equipment, or transportation required to reach your location.
Special Items Large, fragile, or custom items may require special handling and additional shipping time beyond published lead times. We'll contact you with specific details and any additional costs before shipping these orders.

Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Address changes after processing may incur additional fees or delays.
International Shipping Currently available to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. Delivery times may vary significantly and are in addition to published lead times.
Damaged in Transit If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
